    Evenlogic is a UK software house that specialises in project management, consultancy, the design and development of database-driven web applications and electronic forms applications.

    Microsoft technology
    Evenlogic has extensive experience of managing and developing projects using Visual Studio, C# and SQL Server or Oracle databases and .NET frameworks. The company also has a specialist group that helps organisations develop and deploy SharePoint 2007 solutions. Through our Microsoft partnership, we have access to Microsoft's full range of software and support for development purposes.

    Adobe LiveCycle ES technology
    The company has a specialist group that develops enterprise solutions based on the Adobe LiveCycle Enterprise Suite of software products (LiveCycle ES). Projects range from workflow process management solutions to electronic publishing solutions incorporating rights management and eCommerce functionality. We also develop intelligent PDF electronic forms solutions using LiveCycle Designer ES often in combination with LiveCycle Forms ES and LiveCycle Reader Extensions ES. Through our Adobe partnership, we have access to the full range of LiveCycle ES products for software development purposes.

    Evenlogic PDF eForms technology
    Evenlogic has also developed its own eForms technology for handling web-based PDF electronic forms. Depending on requirements and budgets, these solutions can be simple and inexpensive to deploy. The software is server-based and enables PDF electronic forms to be downloaded, filled-in, saved, edited and submitted over the internet. In most cases the forms and software are hosted on Evenlogic’s eForms servers on a “Software as a Service” (SaaS) basis and linked to from customers' websites.     •   What is Evenlogic’s PDF eForms Technology?
     
    It is quite common for organisations to place PDF application forms on their website and then ask applicants to download them, fill them in by hand and send them back by post or fax. Evenlogic’s PDF eForms technology provides a full online electronic forms alternative to this. The technology is installed on a web server and allows users to:

  • Fill in the PDF electronic forms online using their PC's web browser
  • Save a part-completed form and return to finish or edit it later from any PC
  • Submit the form electronically when complete

    The applicant and receiving organisation are each emailed a PDF copy of the submitted form. The data submitted can also be transferred to the receiving organisation’s database and integrated with workflow processes.
